PGEE and leading companies in Kardzhali successfully concluded project in line with the Operational Program Human Resources Development

Within the project "EDUCATION THROUGH ACTION" 60 students from 11th and 12th grade in PGEE worked in the five largest companies in Kardzhali District: GORUBSO-KURDZHALI JSC, FORMOPLAST JSC, PNEUMATICS-CERTA JSC, EL CONSTRUCTION Ltd., LEAD&ZINC KOMPLEX KARDZHALI, which were partners of the vocational school.
The project was realized with financial support from the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013, financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union. The project's aim was to achieve higher levels of quality and innovation in vocational education and training for competitiveness in the European market and to create sustainable links between education, training and business.
In GORUBSO-KARDJALI JSC students had the opportunity to work on a contemporary installation for processing gold ores also in Electro erecting workshop of the enterprise. They were familiarized with the repair of electric motors and transformers, they were familiarized with the repair of electric motors and transformers, have gained habits and skills necessary for their future realization.
In FORMOPLAST JSC students assimilated knowledge for principles of action of contemporary systems for control of electric motors and participated in the disassembly and assembly of electric motors and troubleshooting in electronic parts.
In PNEUMATICS-CERTA JSC trainees from the specialty “Industrial electronics” are acquainted with modern lathes with CNC and participated in programming and setup of programming lathes. They were manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
The work of students of specialty “Electrics of industry " in EL CONSTRUCTION Ltd is a good basis for future realization on the labor market. Construction of transformer substations and placement of aerial power lines contributed to the implementation of learned in lessons in class. So was built a close relationship between theory and practice.
In LEAD&ZINC KOMPLEX KARDZHALI students of specialty Automation of continuous production observed and repaired contemporary automated production lines for lead, zinc, alloys and chemical products.
Conference was carrying out to account for the result of the project and awarding with certificates of training to students.
